  • Single Session $150

A single session is great for tune-ups or if you’re new—a way to explore how Rolfing feels in your body. We’ll focus on what’s most present for you—whether that’s pain, tension, or a sense of imbalance—and work to create more space, ease, and connection. Even one session can bring clarity and relief, and it can help you decide if a short series or the full 10-series feels right for you.

  • 3-Series $425

Whether you’re new or coming back, a 3-series is a great option if you want to focus on a specific issue or simply get a feel for the work. It gives your body a chance to experience some of the changes Rolfing can offer. I think of it as a way to see how the work lands for you. Many people notice real shifts even in just a few sessions, and you can always choose to continue from there.

  • 10-Series $1350

The 10-series is the hallmark of Rolfing—a systematic, full-body approach where each session builds on the last. It’s designed to unwind long-held patterns, create more balance and ease, and help your body feel more connected and supported from the ground up. Each session has a specific focus, but together they work as a whole to support lasting, integrated change.

  • Please Note:

You're always welcome to start with one session to see what feels right for you. We can talk about whether a single session, a 3-series, or a 10-series makes the most sense at your first appointment. We'll go over payment options then as well.

  • What To Expect

Appointments last between 60 and 75 minutes and include a mix of assessment, movement education, and hands-on work. Each session is shaped around what your body is needing that day.

We’ll usually start with a brief check-in and a look at how you’re standing and moving. From there, I use hands-on techniques to help release tension and improve alignment, and may guide you through small movements or breath to support the process.

You’ll be actively involved—sometimes moving on the table, sometimes standing or walking as we track changes. Because our bodies store stress and emotional patterns, it’s common for people to notice emotional shifts during or after sessions. This can mean feeling more relaxed, clearer in your thinking, or simply more comfortable in your body.

I’ll offer simple ways to integrate the work into daily life, helping you maintain the physical improvements and support emotional balance over time.

Wear something comfortable that allows for movement—like athletic shorts, and for women, a sports bra or tank. Your comfort is a priority, and I’m happy to work with whatever clothing helps you feel most at ease during your session.
