Nice to meet you :)
I was born and raised in East Texas but have spent most of my adult life in Austin. My first career as a registered dental hygienist led me to pursue other trades after suddenly developing work-related back pain that limited my performance and quality of life. After experiencing the life-changing benefits of massage, I instantly fell in love and became fascinated with bodywork, drawing me to a second career as a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2014. After spending several years doing bodywork, I gradually became more interested in long-term pain management and moved to Colorado to become a Certified Rolfer. I graduated from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2018.
I recently moved back to Colorado and I’m stoked to be near the mountains again and experience the seasons changing. I love hiking with my dog Zeyda, soaking in hot springs, and spending time outdoors whenever I can.
I find Rolfing profoundly rewarding, as I get a front-row seat to witnessing others grow, transform their minds and bodies, and become the best versions of themselves. My philosophy is that every client is unique and that optimal results are only achieved when I and my clients work together collaboratively while supporting each client in reaching his/her desired goals.
Yoga and mindfulness have been part of my life for years, and they continue to inform how I work. Time with breath, movement, and stillness helps me stay grounded and present so I can meet others with care and attention.
I look forward to meeting and learning from you as you invite me along on your journey to wellness. Please don’t hesitate to call or email me if you have additional questions or if you are interested in discussing your interests and goals.
